Nordic Ski Grinds Shipping Policy

Nordic Ski Grinds ships primary via Canada Post and Fedex. Other carriers ( UPS, Purolator, etc.) can be arranged on request. We generally ship via Canada Post. Flat rates are used to calculate shipping costs. In the event of a significant discrepancy between quoted shipping rates and reality, you will be contacted.

 

 

The Rules for Returns & Exchanges

  1. All returns & exchanges require a return authorization from Nordic Ski Grinds before the item is returned. Contact us before shipping an item for return/exchange and we will send you a return authorization along with instructions to help make the return easy and fast. 
  2. All full-priced merchandise must be returned within thirty days of purchase.
  3. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Damaged items or packaging may result in rejection of the return or a re-stocking fee.
  4. NordicSki Grinds does not cover return shipping costs or outbound shipping on exchanges. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
